Into my my Fouth year since losing 75 lbs on Sota. The folks a Southlake are so supportive. I follow the plan and am once again losing weight after a 15 pound gain while on my hormone blocker since my bout with breast cancer in 2022.

Five stars all the way! I can’t say enough! I’m far into maintenance and because of what I have learned and because of how my habits have changed, my life is completely different than 9 months ago! Yes- I definitely definitely definitely feel like this program is worth the money. I can honestly say I was a food addict and really just so sad because I couldn’t get the results that I used to get from exercise and clean eating. SOTA taught me new tricks, but more importantly, a new way of living. I’m so happy!
