At age 74, and not very active, I still lost close to 50 pounds throughout the course. I did their “Do it on my own” to get down to the desired weight. Now I feel more energetic; able to get up and down easier; went down from size 16 to size 8; and I had to get a totally new wardrobe 😊 . I am on maintenance with callbacks.
