I appreciated not getting pressured into it.
True to their word, I lost weight. Though it had been slow for me, I continued with “Do It On My Own” program and feel positive that I can reach the intended goal. As I try to reach the maintenance goal, I’m hopeful. The counselors are always positive and helpful.
The experience was great. The ladies were thoughtful and encouraging. I was able to lose the weight that I wanted and feel so much healthier.
Shonyi was amazing I hope to start the program when I can financially make it work because this I feel is the openly thing that will work long term and change my lifestyle
The plan is easy to follow. The weekly check ins really help! Everyone is very nice and helpful.
If you follow the diet the weight comes off so easily.
This program works, the results are just as promised. It’s not too hard to follow, and the results just encourage you to follow through. The counselors are always friendly and very helpful answering any questions. Do it, and jump in with both feet, you’ll be glad you did!
