I lost over 50 pounds from February to August. I didn't have hunger like I had anticipated having. I have also learned what kinds of foods are likely to have me gain weight and which are likely to assist in losing it. I feel better at my lower weight and move more easily.

This program works. I lost more weight than I thought. My only complaints are that they were out of some of the food I liked most of the time. And there were some inconsistency between nutritionists about exercise when I would ask what I could do for exercise. But there is no question that this program works.
Everybody at the center is very helpful and encouraging.

I've tried numerous weight loss options out there and haven't had success. I'm 10 weeks in on SOTA and am down 45+ pounds. I'm 100% confident it's gone for good. Jazmin was my first contact at SOTA in Southlake and was very easy to deal with. Since then I have delt with many of the member of the Southlake team and they have all made the journey very easy. I literally feel like I have a new lease on life!
The staff was always friendly, accommodating and supportive throughout my weight loss journey.
SOTA has been a constant source of encouragement and resources for me for the last 7 months as I completed the plan and maintained on the plan. I would recommend them to anybody who is serious about losing weight and improving their health.
I’m about to go into my 6th week of a 12 week program and I have to say I have never been this dedicated to a program before in my life nor have I ever seen results this quickly. I’m down 13lbs and almost 2 sizes already! I feel so healthy and my body looks freaking amazing! Can’t wait to see how I look in another 6 weeks! This was the best investment in myself that I could have ever done for myself. Stop thinking about it and just do it! Think where you will a month from now!!!
