Holiday season is very deficult to stay with the program but the SOTA coaches are good to stay with you.

I did perform 40-45 weeks of SOTA in the past but because of a future surgery, I need to lose a little more weight. No better “weigh” to lose weight. This process just doesn’t compare to any other diet plan. The food is delicious—my favorite is the caramel nut bar! I have one every day! And I’m still losing all the weight I need to lose!
