Excellent experience. the people I speak with at SOTA are fantastic! They are a great resource for weight loss and have done everything they committed to do. The SOTA food is very good. I have lost weight just as they promised. If you are 100% committed to the program and follow it, it is a great way to lose weight.

Great support and fantastic program
I lost 40 pounds in 4 months. I loved the weekly accountability phone calls, the weekly food protocol, the Sota food was amazing, and I continue to have a weekly accountability phone call as well as a list of delish products on Amazon! I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose at least 10 pounds per month with ease. I didn’t feel like I was on a “diet” It is a way of life for me now. I went from size 12 to size 6. I love all the new clothes I bought to celebrate! You won’t be sorry!
The staff at Southlake location is amazing. The program works, even for a guy like me who has developed so many bad habits over the years. The wait comes off very quickly the first 2-4 weeks and then for me settled into about 3-4 pounds a week...amazing!!! I highly recommend the program and the staff in Southlake.
Fantastic. I loved the accountability, online website, choice and flexibility with products each week, the upfront education and the weekly snippets as life happened along the way. I feel I have tools for life to keep on track or get back on track. Really great team behind the calls too.
