SOTA has an incredible staff that are energetic, knowledgeable and extremely supportive in the SOTA program.

Easy program to follow and the results are there
I lost over 90 pounds because the program works even for food addicts like me whose life revolved around the next opportunity to eat. It is life changing. As great as the program is the people at the Southlake location make it infinitely better. They are the best thing about SOTA. They are amazingly supportive, knowledgeable and just great people. I love them all.
All the Sota employees are extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, it makes it easy to visit every week for weigh ins and counseling. I look forward to the results each week, the program works with a little self discipline. Money well spent!
