SOTA Weightloss has been great. My goal was 25 lbs in six weeks, and I’m three pounds away almost five weeks in. I’ve never done diets because I can’t stand counting calories and such, but SOTA made it simple. There’s no doubt that it’s tough, but if you get your mind right, you will succeed; I’m certain of it.
