Very friendly and knowledgeable staff in Southlake office.
SOTA taught me How When and Why of eating healthy. I have lost weight before, but in time I always gained it back. Weekly weigh-ins, in the beginning, were important for me, because I was accountable and successful in weightloss and keeping it off. Makayla and everyone at Southlake were my encouragement everytime I walked through the door! Thank you dearly. Cheryl P.

I have struggled with my weight for 40 years. I have been very active most of my life with backpacking, Hiking, Mountain Biking but I was still fat. I started with SOTA 8-19-2021. As of 1-17-2022 (5 months) I am down 60Lbs. I now weigh about what I weighed when I graduated from High School. Less than when I came home from my Military Basic training. SOTA works. I still have a little bit to lose but I am picking away at it.

The Southlake group has followed me and been so supportive of my journey. After losing 70 Pounds and feeling on top of the world was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and months later suffered a heart attack.
