Overall great success. Helped me take off Covid weight gain when nothing else worked. I would recommend to others to pay attention to the carb counts listed for SOTA products. I didn’t get this tip from the coaches until after I paid an additional $500.00 for 2 additional weeks. Also, they refused to trade products after I learned about it. Ended on a bad note.
Week 3 down 11 lbs. It has been very difficult for me to lose weight since turning 60. But now I am eating in a way that make me think I can get off all the weight I want to get off. The folks are very helpful and have made realistic suggestions to help me tweak the weight loss process. I can’t wait until 6 weeks from now! Thank You, SOTA!
To charge $25 for a sales pitch is ridiculous. $39 a day - just say that. 2-3 pounds a week. Easy enough. Instead you waste everyone’s time by not saying pricing anywhere. It’s ridiculous. I felt completely taken and learned nothing new in my $25 consultation except the pricing. Just put it on the website. So silly! The person who helped was extremely kind and just doing her job.

On my 9th week and down 40 lbs!!! Thank you SOTA and the staff at Southlake! Have not been hungry and the meals are fantastic. Amazing what a change in your diet, adding walking to your daily routine, and learning about spices and sweeteners can do for you. Even if you think you’re eating healthy, you may not be!! Looking forward to the maintenance program!

My story is the same I’ve heard from most clients. You lose a ton of weight, but in the end it doesn’t matter if you meet your goal or not. If they think you still have body fat to lose they ask you to extend your program for a lot of money. In my case 2 more weeks for $550.00. I had already paid $2,200.00 for 8 weeks. I’m sure they lose a tone of clients after they are denied for the “infinite maintenance program”.
