Shonyi was very good. She was calm, professional and caring. Her explanations were easily understood.
I have been doing SOTA for several months now and feel they do a good job explaining everything and the food is really good. Overall, it is pretty simple to do and doesn't require any rigorous excercise to lose weight. I've lost about 14lbs so far and feel great. It isn't cheap but neither is being unhealthy. Highly recommend.
