Counselors are excellent. Very supportive. Can't complain. Holidays have been a little tough. Lots of good things around. I've managed to lose weight though. Think the end of the holidays will be good. Get back to normal.
The people at SOTA Southlake are wonderful and informative. Always available to talk you through your struggles and guide you to the right path. I look forward to going each week to find out where I am on my journey to weight loss. So far I’ve lost 17.5 pounds in a month. It’s not easy, but it will be worth it. My desire to change is stronger than my desire to remain the same.
Thank you for helping me lose 30 lbs. Y'all are always kind and welcoming. I will sign up again if I can't get a few more pounds off. :)
I am so impressed with the knowledgeable associates. I am also very comfortable with the staff as they are so friendly and unassuming. I have called with many questions as a beginner, and they have been helpful and patient. Seriously there are so many tools from SOTA to make weight loss achievable.The staff is quick to share those tools in a way that's clear and efficient. GREAT JOB all around!

I’ve been on the plan for 11 weeks and I lost 47 lbs. so far. It’s been an amazing journey. A big thanks to all the staff at the Southlake location. I’m looking forward to seeing what the next 6 weeks brings.
