Everything was fine. I did call before we came by and asked a bunch of questions. I got different answers from the person on the phone than from the person who we spoke to when we came in. It might have been more helpful if we could have participated in the selection of food that we received after we signed up. I understand that they were just trying to give us a broad selection but us helping to pick and choose would have been a little better, I think.
Felt very comfortable there and didn’t feel judged. about my weight.
So far so good...great staff, very quick and easy weekly check-in, weight is pouring off, very little hunger, no cravings, extremely healthy and easy way to eat. I would highly recommend this weight loss strategy.
Lost 20 lbs and got to all my healthy numbers in a very easy to follow structured plan.
Celebrating a year in the program. A 70 pound weight loss and am continuing the weight loss during maintenance using the knowledge gained this year.. SOTA gave me my life back. At nearly 75 years of age I feel 20 years younger..... I highly recommend this to anyone who is my age and desperate to lose weight. You guys are great
Two months in and I have lost 37 pounds. Never been hungry. The key for me has been to let the experts be experts. Do exactly what they say-don’t improvise, second guess or make assumptions based on what you think will also work. There is now light at the end of this tunnel. I believe that it is also the easiest program to follow when traveling. Grateful, thankful and hopeful. Thank you SOTA and my lovely new friends in Southlake, TX

I just signed up with SOTA so my experience is still limited but my first impressions have been great! Everyone is so nice and encouraging and not once did I feel judged or looked down upon. I know that this will be difficult but feel so confident knowing I have such a nice and supportive team behind me !! And the facilities are beautiful!
Everyone we met were so nice and supportive. We have struggled with our weight for 25 years and have had very little success losing weight. We were very impressed at how the system worked and how they could see how much muscle and fat we had on our bodies. We have been on the system 2 days and are very excited how easy it is to follow. We have not felt hungry at all and we can't wait to start to see results.
