I remember being told that I would never set my eyes on that number on the scale again! It’s true. I haven’t seen that number since I started SOTA. It’s been a life changing experience. I’ve stuck with it and I’m seeing results. It’s hard at first, like anything but it’s so worth it! Everyone is supportive and friendly!

I’m 64 years old with a lifetime of obesity and dieting. SOTA is the easiest program I have ever been on and the most effective at losing weight. In the first 4 months so far of being on SOTA I have lost 40 pounds. The combination of SOTA products and their common sense guidance on eating grocery-bought food has made it much easier to comply.

Well I was way over weight, borderline diabetic and had heart problems. Needless to say I needed to do something. I stopped by SOTA because I heard the commercials and thought I'd give it a go. I can't say I started off happily as I didn't care for many of the "foods" mostly because of the artificial sweeteners.
