I really appreciate SOTA and have learned so much about weight loss. Not real crazy about some of the food items. Guess I really miss eating real foods
It is a lifestyle change, a long-term commitment and yes, it is expensive; BUT the weight does come off if you follow the program. The staff are very courteous and helpful. I'm very glad I joined the program. I didn't think I would like having to go weigh in every week but now I look forward to it. Seeing the results each week motivate you and make it worth the initial sacrifice. I have several weeks left in my program before I'm finished and at my goal weight but I have no doubt that I will get there on schedule. High... read more

Everyone is very helpful and nonjudgmental! I appreciate the program which has not been difficult to follow and which has helped me lose more weight than anything else I have ever tried. Almost at goal!
