Great support from the nutritionists there. I literally forget to eat sometimes. My desire for food has gone to the back of my mind and I don't think about food very much any more. Thank you for giving me confidence that I can do this! I feel great at age 62 on this program and have lost 20 pounds so far.
The best program to invest in yourself! You will learn to eat healthier and feel better. A knowledgeable and helpful staff is there to help!
