I have been amazed how easy this program has been to drop almost 20 lbs in 4 weeks, without a great deal of hunger pains. They keep you eating something every 3-4 hours which meets the hunger need. You become excited to see the results and when the clothes begin looking so much better on you, you become encouraged to continue on. Thus far I am very pleased and excited with the results.
