My weight loss so far has been very easy. This is due to Jerusalem and the office staff encouragement as well as the great food furnished.
Everyone was great an I felt at ease.
Do you believe in miracles? I do. It's been 3 years since I visited SOTA. 3 years for maintenance and maintaining 103 pounds gone. What a miracle.
The only problem I have is that the SOTA staff switches up my counselor often. I would prefer to have the same person every week. The two counselors at the Fire Wheel location are great and I would prefer either of them instead of counselors from the Plano location.
The staff at Garland Firewheel location was awesome they exceeded in hellping me lose the weight that I needed to get off 40 pounds in 10 weeks and I feel amazing I can’t thank you guys enough at Sota Weight Loss 👍👍👍
