I strongly recommend Keith as a great person first, also as a very wise Real Estate salesman. We had issues with wetlands as well as the Southampton Town DEC due to the property being owned since 1925 therefore never having a Certificate of Occupancy. We were delayed because of these issues but Keith kept his focus on the buyers who were very interested in the property. Once all the obstacles were cleared we closed quickly.
