Dani did a terrific job at our home yesterday! On time, personable, —great all-around experience. Thanks Dani!! A bit spendy considering time on site, but no reflection on the product.
Dani did a great job! Heat pump was frozen up due to some wiring issues when it was installed. She was well informed of the issue, responded quickly, fixed issue, freed system of frost and tested system. She worked efficiently and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. System was under warranty. Great customer service including kindly dealing with my energetic curious lil dog...lol
My unit is only a few months beyond its five-year warranty, and the blower motor failed in January, leaving us without heat. I chose to contact Sound Heating and Air because they originally installed the system; however, my experience has been disappointing. Service response times have been extremely slow, with almost a week passing before a technician was able to assess the work. We woke up to a cold house yesterday and I called Jessica in the Service Dept. She asked some questions and scheduled Dani to come out today. Dani spent a few moments analyzing the situation and soon she nailed the problem to a condensing pump. So professional and polite, and knowledgeable! Thank you Sound Heating!
We came home from vacation with no AC. We called and they were able to get to us within five days, luckily The temperature had cooled down, and life was manageable. Of course, thinking the worst we thought it would be a very expensive replacement rather than repair. Their team, communicated with us the day of the appointment, I was actually earlier than expected.
