Weeks prior to the heatwave that hit the PNW we had signed an agreement with Sound Heating & Air Conditioning to add two A/C units to our home. The professionalism & courtesy showcased by Tammy went above and beyond our highest expectations! The day of the install happened to coincide with the highest temperature day of the heatwave and the install had to be canceled for the safety of everyone involved. Called to have my furnace worked on that they installed in 2007 and was told they no longer work on that model and have no parts. Was sadden since I knew the owners and had always had good service. He did give me a long list of other companies.
This is the only HVAC company I will work with. Fast and quality service and always willing to answer any questions I may have.
