Dani did a great job! Heat pump was frozen up due to some wiring issues when it was installed. She was well informed of the issue, responded quickly, fixed issue, freed system of frost and tested system. She worked efficiently and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. System was under warranty. Great customer service including kindly dealing with my energetic curious lil dog...lol
We have used Sound Heating a few times and have had a great experience! They have done regular maintenance, installed our A/C unit a few years ago, and most recently they were able to fix a heating issue we had and educated us as to why and how it happened so we can prevent it going forward. All of their staff have been professional, talked us through everything they were doing, and treated our systems and home with care. Highly recommend Dani who helped us and will call Sound Heating in the future!
Don’t Buy a home they did the HVAC in…..Or request their services. We purchased a home and noticed bad airflow in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and a collapsed/restricted airflow return flex pipe and a bunch or construction dirt and materials in the vents…. One of the bedrooms has at least 360 deg. of bends, how is that OK?. They said it’s out of warranty and would have never passed inspection.. Sound Heating & AC is the best service! They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately and installed a new furnace and Heat Pump in a highly professional manner. They went far above and beyond all of my expectations. I recommend this company for all of you Heating & AC needs. Number 1 in customer service!!!!
We came home from vacation with no AC. We called and they were able to get to us within five days, luckily The temperature had cooled down, and life was manageable. Of course, thinking the worst we thought it would be a very expensive replacement rather than repair. Their team, communicated with us the day of the appointment, I was actually earlier than expected.
