Don’t Buy a home they did the HVAC in…..Or request their services. We purchased a home and noticed bad airflow in 2 of the 4 bedrooms and a collapsed/restricted airflow return flex pipe and a bunch or construction dirt and materials in the vents…. One of the bedrooms has at least 360 deg. of bends, how is that OK?. They said it’s out of warranty and would have never passed inspection.. Only been in the house for 1 month and the technician tried to blame the filter being dirty for condensation dripping out the vent. Then he says that there is a leak and had to cut my ceiling to find it. Instead of asking for something to cover my $50k countertop he just starts cutting into the ceiling. After feeling on the ceiling he tells me that someone will come out NEXT week to fix the system and THEN someone else will come fix my ceiling. We came home from vacation with no AC. We called and they were able to get to us within five days, luckily The temperature had cooled down, and life was manageable. Of course, thinking the worst we thought it would be a very expensive replacement rather than repair. Their team, communicated with us the day of the appointment, I was actually earlier than expected. Arrived when scheduled. I appreciated the communication from making the appointment until the service was complete. Recommendations were made without feeling pushy. Technician was respectful of my house. Payment was added to the website so it was a quick charge which helped since I wasn't home and my adult daughter was there. Overall very pleased.
Fantastic team! Mitch and Marlin were exceptionally knowledgeable. They taught me tons of great care tips, while walking me through fixing our apartment AC issues. We had a clogged drain line that was backed up. They cleared the line, checked our levels and set us up with AC again quickly. Thank you for your fast and courteous work. A job well done and we're so thankful to have lovely cool air again in this summer heat lol
