I really enjoy coming to Sound Orthodontics. The staff is always fun, outgoing and energetic. It seems like they really do value working with each other and care so much about their patients. The staff is always readily available and they are always working around my complicated schedule. This is the best orthodontist I’ve been to by far. Every single person that works there has the very best attitude. They are very quick and efficient at taking you back on time for your appointment. I never wait more than three minutes in the lobby for someone to take me and my daughter back. My daughter loves going to the orthodontist because they treat her so well and they’re so nice to us. Excellent, very informative, helpful. They see you on time, they text you to remind your appointment three days in advance, then the day of your appointment at least 3 hours earlier. The specialist takes time to explain you everything and show you pictures and possible procedures and treatments they think you need. The place is clean, comfortable.
