The best storage in the area. Clean. Aircondition. Access time is convenient. Office hours is the best. Very friendly staff. The only drawback is... the rate! Introuctory price is reasonable until they hike it to very unreasonable.
I was simply blown away by my first experience with this business. The facility is clean, well lit, and seems very secure. I would give that 5-star. Then, the customer service was 5 - star level as well. We were there on a very busy day, and the person working did an exceptional job at ensuring each customer was greeted/acknowledged. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and calm under the pressure. My family happily rented with them.
Went in today to get a unit to help with my move. Gurgen met with me and helped me figure out the best options based on my needs. He got me set up and showed us an immaculate unit. Easy to understand access, clean and safe, secure with cameras and lights. Definitely feel confident with my choice and will recommend!
We have rented here for a little bit over a year now and so far we have enjoyed the experience besides the high rent, recently we visited to down size unit sizes due to the cost and space. Cameron was kind enough to assist me both times i visited the office and she was more than helpful! She made the transition seamless and she was so accommodating. The sole reasoning behind the 5 stars is certainly for her!
Met with manager Sarah twice on the same day - first for a tour of the facility and second for rental signup. Professional, courteous, and friendly both times. Answered all my questions promptly. Thank you.
