This place is horrible. First they are only open like 3 days a week and during which people have to be at work so you have to lose out on money to be able to even go finalize your rental. They also do not refund you when you don't even use the storage unit.
The service sucks. All the pictures you see are from the good side of the building. All the good things you see are props. Everything is broke and dirty. Even the kiosk has dirt and spider webs inside the glass. Broke down trailers that look like someone is living in it. Gate didn't work. Manager is basically worthless. Everything is done on his time. This place is spectacular. When I first got here I was looking at a smaller unit when a bit bigger one opened up and right there on the spot they made it happen. I was able to walk out with the size unit I actually needed. They have fair gate times, very easy to make a payment and great communication. If you need to talk to someone they will be right on it. Thank you for making my stay easy and comfortable.
Pore service since the new owner took over. Rarely on site and when I finally find someone there. I stood there for five minutes listening to him on the phone ignoring me. Talking to someone about his heart attack he had weeks prior. So I left. Then I finally have the time to go there again. (Same guy) he refused to give me a managers number to make a complaint against him. Can’t address my payments because when I took a note on my phone he made me leave. It's okay. It claimed to be 24hrs online but when renting a unit, found out the gate hours were only 7am-9pm. It is clean. No accessible bathroom on site. The location is monitored by 24/7 cameras by the management. The prices are kinda high. There is climate controlled units although I don't have one of those. Also units accessible from inside only and outside only.
