The customer service is always great!
Really enjoyed my visit today. Front desk was helpful and kind and my prp injector talked me through everything she was doing, checking on my comfort level, and was clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. I would definitely recommend and return for another treatment.

Going in for laser hair removal.... the staff are super nice and sweet, the office is super clean... the laser machine has a cool tip thats helps to numb the mini pain

Very professional and on time. Front desk was extremely kind and answered all my questions. Have had micro needling before. The gal who did my procedure took her time, making the results much more quality. The numbing cream made it almost entirely painless. Never disappointed with my results coming to SB Med Spa.
Very pleasant experience. The place is very nice and clean. Chairs are far apart from each other. The receptionist were very welcoming and friendly. And The nurse that gave me the Botox injections was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to buy any other services. Definitely going back soon!
