This is the best place I’ve ever lived in! Good community and everything is nearby this apartment. The only reason we had to move out was workplace location & obviously traffic issue. Otherwise we wouldn’t even move out from this beautiful place.
I stayed here short term while my new home was being built in the area. The apartment staff were awesome with helping out with move in (I was moving out of state and my movers arrived ahead of me), and move out when my new home got delayed. This was great accommodations my dog- lots of green space and pet waste stations and a great dog park. Maintenance was quick, responsive, and courteous. My boyfriend and I have been living here since 2023. It started with an ad that popped up while we were hunting for apartments, one for South City. We loved that there was a pool and it seemed nestled in the woods away from the road, so we booked a tour for the next day. Aliyah, the now Assistant Community Manager was the one who helped us and gave us a tour. She showed us the facilities and we fell in love with the modern look and how peaceful everything seemed. My family and I have been living at South City for over two years, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The entire office staff is incredibly friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, taking care of everything quickly. We absolutely love the dog park and all the other amenities South City offers. I want to give a special shoutout to Aliyah. South City has been amazing. Everyone in the front office is so helpful and so sweet. They have done a great job creating a beautiful community. I love the monthly "create your own" events that generally go with whatever holiday is coming up, they have held a concert at the pool, food trucks almost weekly and so many opportunities to win money! My dogs love the dog park and the 1/2 mile walk around the pond. Chris, the maintenance guy is super nice and always quick to get the job done. 10/10 recommend.
