We used SF Crane and Cooling through our Home Warranty and Damian did not disappoint. Damian took his time to analyze the issue that we had with the A/C and fixed it. He made his recommendation for our next step and was super friendly and down to earth. If we had the chance to choose SF Crane and Cooling again, we would. He called prior to arriving and was very respectful of our time. I recommend using Damian again.
The technician, Lavante, was professional, knowledgeable and polite. As far as replacing the compressor on the ac, he did it quickly and without any problems. When that part of the job was complete, I asked about the air handler, he said that he was suppose to replace the drip pan. But the drip pan did not have any leaks. I showed him how water was coming out of the unit. He took pictures, sent them to his boss. He said his boss would decide what should be done to the unit and let me know. Damien, the technician notified me that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem with my AC and repaired the unit without issue. He was very professional and courteous, and represents your company well! Great job Damien!!

Absolutely horrible service. I called 4 times over the course of two days, left voicemails, and NEVER got a call back. When they finally responded it was via text letting me know they would be onsite the 3rd day of me waiting. The tech came out and stated I had a huge crack in my coil and that my ac would need to be replaced. He then completed out the case with AHS with no work/ replacement ever done. I waited two days to hear back from AHS to then be told that the case was completed out. Now I have to wait for AHS to get ... read more
