South Hills Apartments is a great location. Near 480. Across the street from little coffee shops. Brand new parking lot, brand new carpet lights and laundry rooms. And the unit La are all remodeled with shaker cabinets butcher block tops and new appliances new flooring and paint. Wow what a amazing upgrade and transformation since new property manager took over in June 2025z
Nautica has been great. She helped me through the process and my 6 year old daughter loves her. The free first month rent helped me so much. Thank you.
Nautica was amazing!!!! Very personable and honest. I felt very comfortable and well communicated with throughout everything. Renting can be nerve-racking but if you have Nautica, you’ll be okay!

The last few weeks of my life have been very stressful and hectic finding a place hasn't been easy or finding something to deal with that is respectful of my needs Meeting and dealing with Nautica has been a breathe of fresh air she has been great with contacting me communicating in person and over the phone showing me places that's just the right fit for me she has made a experience easy I wish more people like her were around.
