Great experience at this clinic, super professional staff on how they help with my kids visit and follow up appointments..Dental assistant Daylin helped us to go throu smoothly and explained all well. Dr Monica did an excellent and detailed care..thanks team and keep up the great job you all are doing...great dental office and staff!!!
I always have a great experience at South Kitchener Dentistry! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and Lauren at reception is especially pleasant and lovely. She always makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
My daughter has severe anxiety of the dentist. The team has been amazing. So patient with her using calming techniques for anxiety. Talking to her the whole time. I was so impressed and thankful. We will never go anywhere else. 5 stars and more from us.
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. When I first started going to SKD about three years ago, the service was great and it felt personal since I was always seen by the same DR. Recently, that has completely changed. I’m no longer seen by the same person, (3 different in a year ) they try to push services I don’t need, and I’ve even been charged for X-rays that I already had done just a couple of months ago when there was no reason to repeat them. July 21,2026 after being a patient of over 30 plus years I was shocked by the way I was treated from the moment I sat in the chair. The dental hygienist body language and demeanour was nothing but unprofessional. I could go own about my experience, but I am still speechless from her words, as I was only asking questions as their cleaning procedures changed to be told by her you have a bad attitude!
