I couldn’t recommend South Kitchener Dentistry more! From the moment you walk in, everything feels welcoming and professional. Nikki does my cleanings and she’s amazing — my teeth always feel spotless afterward, and I’ve never once left with sore gums (which is rare to say after a cleaning!). Dr. Jigar is equally fantastic. Dr. Mandala is useless, dishonest, and biased. First, when I called to book the appointment, I was told that they accept my private insurance. However, when I went to the appointment and after it was finished, I was asked to pay $170 on top of the insurance, which I was never informed about beforehand. Moreover, he did absolutely nothing—he only examined my jaw. I had an urgent issue with severe pain, and I asked him to make an urgent referral to a clinic that accepts coverage. I recently had my cleaning done and my fillings as well and I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Dr. Nandola genuinely cares about his patients and has the softest touch when it comes to the freezing, without a doubt my favourite dentist that I have ever visited. The doctor was very professional and the staff were respectful throughout my visit. Overall, my experience was good. However, I felt there was a lack of clear communication regarding the costs.
