Doctors have been fine. Labs have been a nightmare to get the results back from- already a week of waiting (not told that would be the case up front) labs sent to 3rd party, someone is out of office, staff wont give the result even though they are posted. Frustrating.
Will deny medication refills to people on a budget then get upset when you’re upset lol. Can tell it’s definitely about the money for these docs. I was rude on the phone because that’s a dumb policy lol. (Must follow up for a refill even if the meds are working fine. Insurance doesn’t fully cover visit, on a budget, doc doesn’t care.) if you’re reading this, find a different provider.
I went in the clinic last week for heat exhaustion Mr. Carson, the physician that saw me told me that he would like to run bloodwork to check my electrolyte levels. One week later, I receive a phone call from Kayla to go over my lab results which she did not have my lab results in front of her. She merely told me that I need to come in and be tested for diabetes. Carson has terrible bedside manner. Extremely sarcastic and rude and condescending. Barely looked at my situation. Didn’t hear me out. Seemed insincere and unconcerned . Then I went to get a blood draw, and the girl with a dark curly hair stabbed me in the arm, got some blood for one vile and vials told me I’m dehydrated, which I am not. I have low blood pressure. She was too quick and rude. I will never go here again.
This visit was the worst appointment I have had in my life with a doctor. I took my daughter in because she has had a bad earache for two weeks. We tried to do all the home remedies and then decided to go into the InstaCare. Met with Dr. Carson Close. He wasn’t even in the room for 40 seconds. He looked in her good ear and then looked in her bad ear said her ear was angry and said he will send in some prescriptions and started to walk out the door.
