I prefer to use South plains solar over any other installer. They give a 30 year insurance on all the products because of the quality of service. I also have family members who went solar with them and they are nothing but happy with their experience!
UPDATE: They did finally make it right so I have adjusted my rating from 2 to 4 stars because our panels work great and they always answer the call or return the call right away. They do what they can to make things right and I appreciate that. I have held off on posting this review in hopes it would all be resolved and everything would be great. First the good. Loved my experience. Good communication, great looking panels and very quick to install. The crew was really friendly and efficient. Living in Arkansas and then being from Texas I was worried, but they seem to have it all figured out. Very happy I decided to do solar panels through South Plains Solar.
We recently got installed by South Plains Solar and it was such an awesome experience. They were so quick to get our solar installed and turned on. Now that we have been on for a few months we honestly are so glad that we did it and did it through them. Our electric bills have gone to almost zero, I would absolutely recommend this company!
