2 of the receptionists are so sweet the other 2 are uncaring and nasty. Very unprofessional. I regret switching to them . The receptionist hung up on me. Don’t recommend.

Ever since they changed hands, or management or ownership, whatever, the service is awful. Finally had enough when they told me my dog with a ruptured disc could wait until the following afternoon for an appointment.

Rather have a 2 hour lunch today 8/6/18 then to take care of a 15 year old dying dog. Stay away !! Worst "hospital" I have ever been too.

Marie Jen, we would like to try and figure out what happened. We are not sure if you have the correct hospital. For starters, our hospital does not have 2 hour lunch breaks. There was a gentleman who walked in on Monday with a dog that was not eating. Our doctors were in surgery and, unfortunately, not able to accommodate him at that moment. I’ve been using this establishment since 1977, when dr. Dribbon was practicing. Never considered another place.
Very unprofessional and unorganized place. I am very disappointed. Do not go here!! Spent so much money to have our dog cremated, and they didn't even give us the ashes!! My heart is so broken at this completely unfair treatment.
Unorganization of paperwork lead to me never receiving my dogs ashes. Their response is they spread my dogs ashes over a cemetery instead. Talk about a big mistake that I'll never be able to get back. Horrible, just horrible.
Loved them until the surgeon cut my dog with a razor. Numerous times. And nicked a vein when he did the stitches. Asking about their processes and procedures and allowing someone who isn't qualified to shave and the response was well you need a new blade for surgery and your dog is probably sensitive. Bullshit response. I was with this group for twenty years through many changes in ownership and am now looking for a new vet.
