From the first to the last moment it was nothing but professional and caring. Each staff member was patient and friendly with my child and me. They dealt expertly with the anxiety and stress of not just our first wisdom teeth extraction but 4 impacted wisdom teeth extractions for a child with high functioning autism and diagnosed anxiety. They explained in great detail the aftercare and assisted me with the billing of my insurance. I would highly recommend this practice for any oral surgery.
Couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the receptionist, to the nurses and doctors- they were very helpful and made my wisdom teeth removal so smooth and painless. Made it less scary than what I had thought. I'm still in the recovery period, but they are so kind and sweet in answering all my questions 💖 would highly recommend for anyone!
Thank you Dr. Tai , Nurse Angela and Nurse Sarah plus all the front desk staff. Everyone was kind and patient during this entire process. From scheduling appointments to explaining the process of the entire surgery, everyone was super amazing. They also called the next day to check in to ensure everything was okay. Highly recommend :)
My son had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Tai two weeks ago. We felt immediately comfortable with Dr Tai and the entire team since our consultation. Very pleasant and professional. Admin staff were very friendly...the nurses were very kind knowledgeable and supportive and Dr Tai did an amazing job removing my sons teeth. We followed their instructions to the letter and my son was so lucky he didn't end up with even any bruising and very little swelling. Dr Tai was fantastic! The whole experience was! Punctual. Very thorough with description of work to be done. Recovery has been a breeze because of his abilities to extract a problematic wisdom tooth. Highly recommend.
