Kelly was great! She was the first I spoke to and made sure that I knew I was in the right place! She set me with an appointment quick and easy! Dr. Rogers was so kind. She took the time with Parker he needed and made sure everything was as it should be. So Patient with him! Parker can be difficult but they made him feel so comfortable and confident . This will be his one and only audiologist. Thanks to everyone! You were all great! And he still talks about your "play room".

My hearing was making my life pretty miserable. I couldn't understand what anyone was saying...like they were speaking a foreign language. So, I went to Southeast KY Audiology and it was the smartest move I have ever made. They are ALL so wonderful. My doctor, Kara Kratzer is the best and she takes time to explain things to me and the overall service I get here is top notch. I am a veteran, I called VA and got an appointment with Dr Kratzer. They sent my hearing aid off to get fixed. Everything took care of in two short visits and close to home. No trip to Lexington.
Great place.. my daughter had to have further testing for her ears. Great staff and doctor.
