Justice Lynch, who helped coordinate our repair for us was a delight to work with through the entire experience. It was clear she genuinely loved her job and took the responsibility of caring for her customers seriously. The work was done well and my ceiling ended up looking as good as new. I’m really grateful to the whole team.
Trevor, the owner of Southern Elite Restoration, has been an incredible resource not only for me personally but also for my real estate business. His commitment to excellence extends throughout his entire company, giving me complete confidence that every job will be done correctly, on time, and with exceptional communication. For the past five years, Trevor has been my first call for roofing and restoration needs. He has completed work on my own home as well as for countless clients, always delivering outstanding results. ... read more
I highly recommend SER without reservation. The professionals there actually “do what they say they will do, then do it with expertise and in a timely manner.” Our situation involved a hot water pipe that had burst in the crawlspace. Based on the water bill, the pipe had been leaking for over a month. Trevor and his team are great to work with. They replaced a roof at my previous home and helped repair flood damage at our current home. They handled everything with our insurance company and did a fabulous job on a full basement refresh. Highly recommended!
Zak was professional, attentive and courteous. His crew work fast and accurately to get my new roof on before the weather changed! My old roof was removed and replaced in a single day. Best of all I didn’t find any nails or left over material from the job. I would highly recommend Southern Elite and Zak to everyone who needs roof work!
