After 8 years our garage door was not working properly this morning. It was so nice to get an actual person on the line who scheduled us right away. Our technician was Marc. He arrived on time and my husband and I were very impressed with his customer service skills, knowledge and professionalism. Marc was able to explain what was happening so we could easily understand and gave us a few solutions. He had all the needed parts on his truck and was able to fix everything right away. I highly recommend this company!
