I was in a bad situation, a leak had rotted out the floor underneath my water heater unbeknownst to me and was on the verge of collapse. When Southern Plumbing learned of how bad my situation was, they immediately sent someone out to prevent the water heater from busting through the floor. They are still working with me to help me find a good contractor to repair the floor so I can install a new water heating system.
