Customer service was great! Luis in front desk was always professional, very helpful and friendly. Payments were easy over the phone or online. Facility is always clean, bathroom is always stocked and clean and halls are well kept in storage area. Humidity was never an issue, my stuff was well kept, no weird smells and dry. I also noticed no leaks inside building. I would definitely recommend this place and I would rent again if I need it in the future. Five stars well earned!
