I have used every single big name pharmacy available in the country and decided to give Southern Star a shot. This is by far, hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy, ever. Place in Denton, TX always closed. They filling my prescription over 3 weeks already. This is second time I am using this pharmacy, will never do again!
They called saying the medication was ready for pick up. When I got there, they said they were out and had to order more and gave me a couple days supply to hold me over until their order is in. That is absolutely unacceptable for a pharmacy. I've had nothing but bad experiences. They don't pick up the phone. They don't adhere to their hours of service. Just don't.
They go above and beyond to get your prescription ready on a timely manner. I received text messages to notify every steps of my order. The gentleman that helped me was very attentive. I felt like they were there to support me with my needs.
Easy, fast, offers delivery…. It’s worked yeara for me!
