I’ve used them for a long time and they were good for a while but recently the reps have had attitudes and now all of a sudden instead of completely free delivery. I was told I only get ONE free delivery a month and it’s a $10 fee after that, so I get my bc delivered every month so if I go to the doctor and need any additional medicine in order to get it delivered it is now a $10 fee!
The delivery service is not worth the hassle. Once they delivered my medications at 11 PM at night! Who expects someone at their door that late at night? When I opened the door they had placed the package in the mailbox. Just now I was told my meds were picked up by their courier service yesterday (3/12) at 5 PM and today (3/13) as of 3 PM they had yet to start running the routes to deliver those medicines to customers. In May they completely forgot to ship out my prescriptions leaving me without medication for the weekend ... read more
Southern Star Pharmacy is amazing. Every time I ask questions, I always speak to someone knowledgeable in my medications. They deliver. That’s always great during a pandemic. Lastly, my medicines always arrive on time or even earlier than anticipated. I am thankful to have them as my chosen pharmacy. Thanks again.
The staff are extremely pleasant and professional. They work to ensure your prescriptions and copays are processed appropriately. Just as importantly, I love the fact that they have my meds delivered to my home by a quality delivery service that are just as awesome and pleasant, not to mention on time. Overall, I highly recommend Southern Star Pharmacy!
