I work offshore and on the way down I had a tire start to separate. I didn't know what it was I just know I barely wobbled into the Heli port. Once I got on the rig I called Southern Tire Mart of Houma and spoke with Niki. She was absolutely one of the nicest, most accommodating service professionals I've ever dealt with. We purchased 2 tires from this company, and one blew out with-in 3-4 hours after installing on our vehicle. They refused to replace, or refund us for the tire. We even spoke to the store manager about returning it, and he said it would be no problem. When I arrived to return the defected tire they still did nothing and fought with us about getting a refund for the return. The southern tire mart team has never let me down within the last 4 years of service. The management team, shop hands, and techs practice determination and professionalism. They’re always super helpful when I have questions and they’re really looking out for the safety of one’s bank account by providing what seems like 100s of brands of tires of all different price points. Awesome staff! They fit me in the same day. I'm the only one who works on my car, so it's makes me nervous when I have to let others work on it. They let me hang out in the back and watch, and what I seen was true professionals. They took real good care of my custom wheels and tires. I highly recommend these guys.
