I work offshore and on the way down I had a tire start to separate. I didn't know what it was I just know I barely wobbled into the Heli port. Once I got on the rig I called Southern Tire Mart of Houma and spoke with Niki. She was absolutely one of the nicest, most accommodating service professionals I've ever dealt with. The southern tire mart team has never let me down within the last 4 years of service. The management team, shop hands, and techs practice determination and professionalism. We purchased 2 tires from this company, and one blew out with-in 3-4 hours after installing on our vehicle. They refused to replace, or refund us for the tire. We even spoke to the store manager about returning it, and he said it would be no problem. When I arrived to return the defected tire they still did nothing and fought with us about getting a refund for the return.
