I was stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire headed back to .Georgia. 6 mo.s pregnant and having my 4 y.o. son with me Brandon came to our rescue. There is nothing I can say that would be enough for what he did for us. He is truly a blessing in a time where I thought I was truly in a lot of trouble. This man truly is our savior today. What’s not to love about Southern Tire Mart? First come first serve and the pricing is very fair! 2 tires on a trailer axle in under an hour. Pricing for 2 new tires cheaper than 1 tire at a truck stop.
This is a phenomenal tire shop. I've been having my truck and trailer tire needs met here for over 3 years without any issues. Fast, friendly, professional services. Clean rest rooms & drivers lounge while waiting.
Made appt for wheel alignment. They honored it on time. Staff were friendly. The tech who did the work was knowledgeable & fast. He also communicated well as he was working, bringing a couple things to my attention.
Absolutely the worst service imaginable. Sitting in a bay for an hour and a half to get ONE steer tire changed. There’s no authorization to wait for, no issues other than an absolute disregard for efficiency and a customer’s time. There was a time this shop provided good service- those times have obviously passed.
