Made appt for wheel alignment. They honored it on time. Staff were friendly. The tech who did the work was knowledgeable & fast. He also communicated well as he was working, bringing a couple things to my attention.

Absolutely the worst service imaginable. Sitting in a bay for an hour and a half to get ONE steer tire changed. There’s no authorization to wait for, no issues other than an absolute disregard for efficiency and a customer’s time. There was a time this shop provided good service- those times have obviously passed.
Really awesome place to get your truck tires and they get back on the roads in less than 30 mins and thanks you team
Pathetic. Waited all night, just to be told they were useless, their system is down. How about some notice on the door, so we don't have to waste hours and hours ?!
