I love these guys they make it a personal thing to make sure that you get what you need at a great price… Kayla is amazing when I come in they get to me quick and fast. The manager is so helpful and everybody in the shop is so friendly and they know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work Southern Tire you have a customer for life.
I'm so grateful for Michael AKA Pacman's help on the race trailer today! Changing a trailer tire is never fun, especially when you're on a tight schedule. He was a true lifesaver, and his quick thinking and expertise got us back on the road in record time. A huge thank you to Pacman for his incredible support and for keeping our racing dreams alive. I have been bringing trucks here for tires for the last 6 years, even some personal vehicles. I have brought trucks from 3 different companies here. Service is not always the fastest because they stay so busy and a little disorganized, but overall was very happy with the service. Sadly, due to a recent policy change, they no longer take credit cards over the phone. They don't even offer an alternative like quick pay where they text a link to you where you can pay online. They took a a few days to fix what was needed, I had to call and check in and then they forgot to fix a part that I had pointed out. Always double check to make sure everything is completed properly before leaving.
Gene at store 350 across from the pilot has been fantastic to work with. Fair prices on tires and will treat you like royalty. Gonna buy every tire I can here. Beyond impressed
