We had a great experience with Mike Russell and his team in Sparks/Reno, Nevada. We had a flat on our Fifth Wheel after leaving Elko, Nevada and changed the tire. When we got to Sparks/Reno, we stopped at Southern Tire Mart to get the tire checked out... needed new tire. Mike took care of us and his staff were fast in prepping the tire for us to put it on the RV when we got back to the campground. Excellent staff, professional, friendly and very helpful!
I can't express my gratitude to the Sparks, Nevada Southern Tire Mart crew enough....a couple week's ago we were en route from California to Idaho with a fully loaded 25ft trailer. About 1/3 of the way through our trip we had a pretty bad blowout on the rear passenger tire of our truck. My husband had brought a full-sized spare and tools "just in case". I had STM work on my 2003 Ford Expedition. Tom Hebb, the senior mechanic in charge, did an excellent job and found several things that other mechanics had missed or failed to repair properly. Tom, assisted by Josh Hawk and Mac Bogle, now service all of the big rig trailers I manage for my company, Heniff, in Sparks, NV, and we are all extremely pleased with their expert services, fair rates and timely response.
We always feel taken care of with Tom and the team! I bring all of my family and fleet vehicles to this shop. The automotive side of Southern Tire Mart has been able to handle our regular maintenance and repairs..Highly Recommend!!!!!!
I went to this tire shop on March 16, 2026, around 9 am, and the staff was very kind in fixing a flat tire. Another shop had told me my tire was no good, even though it was new, so I went to this tire shop that specializes in heavy equipment tires, and they helped me fix my problem. I traveled from Reno to Nevada for 7 hours, and everything went well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Greetings and blessings. 🙏
