I can't express my gratitude to the Sparks, Nevada Southern Tire Mart crew enough....a couple week's ago we were en route from California to Idaho with a fully loaded 25ft trailer. About 1/3 of the way through our trip we had a pretty bad blowout on the rear passenger tire of our truck. My husband had brought a full-sized spare and tools "just in case". My company has a national account with Southern Tire Mart and my contact in Martinez, CA Boris, who is AMAZING, provided me with the Sparks, NV location phone number. I spoke to Ryan and told him I was going to need road service in Fernely, NV about 30 minutes away. Aaron Irla gave me an incredible experience with my beloved 2008 honda pilot, wow. he really upped the electronics and decked out my interiors. Aaron even did me the favor of replacing my tag plates free of charge. my friends and i cant waitt to come by and thank him again in person
Service is absolutely amazing. Had 4 tires installed on a yard goat, technician was quick and thorough. The guys at front desk are easy to work with. Highly recommend them.
