I needed to have two tires replaced on a trailer that had already been delivered. I called and was told no problem they would take care of it. Shortly afterwards I got a call and they were already on site. Great friendly people. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Very unprofessional staff alot of "workers" walking around without a leader 3 tire bays only using 2 tire bays No one knows what customer got here 1st. Or who next..no Manger around to be found..would leave but next time I need a tire fix .. I will never stop here again and we have over 100 trucks that would gladly take somewhere else. Sad they have cold coffee looks like it's been there since yesterday. Thanks Fred for being a slacker at your job.
We had a problem with our RV tire. Joe Cantu came out with Southern Tire Mart. He problem solved our issue and everything is fine now. We feel safe to go back on the road. We would highly recommend the excellent service we received.
