Second time using them. Got the front two tires a few months ago and just got the back two today. Got all 4 for around $500 for our odyssey. Which beats the $165+ per tire at the dealership. Each visit they’ve been quick and courteous. Appreciated it even more this time since I had my 3 young kids with me. So thankful to have a reliable tire shop just up the road.
Iv been using this location for years and the customer service is steady declined. I called on Tuesday and ordered 2 tires and 2 new rims to be mounted & balanced for pickup for Saturday. On my back to town Friday I called and told them I would be in town early & could pick up my order in 3hrs & was told ok. Showed up 3hrs later & was told that there was 4 jobs ahead of mine. I had an issue with a tire off the rim and was lucky enough to get Horace to come out. He had the complete thing done quickly and got me back to work ASAP. He is definitely a solid worker for the company from. My experience.
Headed to King of the Hammers with these babies and had a leaky Tire none of the truck stops with touch it because of the wheel size this place has full accommodations for all vehicles semis recreationals and Hot Shots. They were friendly quick and to the point glad I stopped here. Thank you so much for your professionalism you made my day.
We broke a valve stem in our motorcoach, and we called them and they came right out very professional, great guy. We are back on the road! Thank you.
