Not just great, fast service; they are the best of humanity. My wife and 4 of our kids were on a road trip and- of course- a tire started losing pressure and wasn't staying inflated. Not only did Southern Tire Mart get them all back on the road in record time, but they didn't charge for the valve stem replacement. It's a rare thing to find exceptional service. It's even less common to have it coupled with exceptional compassion. Thank you all, and God bless you!

RV.s had damage to the sidewall on one of my tires when I stopped at Louisiana rest stop… called talked to Cody he was great had a matching tire. I didn’t want to drive the 8 miles worried about causing damage to rig. Ronnie sent Bam to my rig location and was there before I got back!!!… great job guys you kept my RV dream alive … thanks!!
Headed to King of the Hammers with these babies and had a leaky Tire none of the truck stops with touch it because of the wheel size this place has full accommodations for all vehicles semis recreationals and Hot Shots. They were friendly quick and to the point glad I stopped here. Thank you so much for your professionalism you made my day.
Iv been using this location for years and the customer service is steady declined. I called on Tuesday and ordered 2 tires and 2 new rims to be mounted & balanced for pickup for Saturday. On my back to town Friday I called and told them I would be in town early & could pick up my order in 3hrs & was told ok. Showed up 3hrs later & was told that there was 4 jobs ahead of mine. Didn't have the time to wait so I just went back Saturday morning and picked up. Now I look at my bill for the tires and they charge me $50 for tire ch... read more
