Not just great, fast service; they are the best of humanity. My wife and 4 of our kids were on a road trip and- of course- a tire started losing pressure and wasn't staying inflated. Not only did Southern Tire Mart get them all back on the road in record time, but they didn't charge for the valve stem replacement. It's a rare thing to find exceptional service. It's even less common to have it coupled with exceptional compassion. Thank you all, and God bless you!
Headed to King of the Hammers with these babies and had a leaky Tire none of the truck stops with touch it because of the wheel size this place has full accommodations for all vehicles semis recreationals and Hot Shots. They were friendly quick and to the point glad I stopped here. Thank you so much for your professionalism you made my day.
Service was fine, cost was fair. As with most larger tire stores there is nothing fast about getting a flat tire repaired so be prepared for a wait.
We broke a valve stem in our motorcoach, and we called them and they came right out very professional, great guy. We are back on the road! Thank you.
Second time using them. Got the front two tires a few months ago and just got the back two today. Got all 4 for around $500 for our odyssey. Which beats the $165+ per tire at the dealership. Each visit they’ve been quick and courteous. Appreciated it even more this time since I had my 3 young kids with me. So thankful to have a reliable tire shop just up the road.
