Went to get a simple brake adjustment. Guy, sitting down doing nothing, informs me that his mechanic is a week and a half backed up. It takes 20 minutes to adjust them, his reply, 'I'm sorry.' Ridiculous. I was going buy a few tires from this location, but apparently, they don't want to work, so I'll take my money to San Antonio.
Most tire shop experiences are usually not the most pleasant. But southern tire mart of San Angelo was a great experience. Came in right before close they didn’t gripe they just got right on the tire and got me out the door. Seemed like they had a lot of good hands in the shop. Wish every tire shop was like this one. Keep up the work friends 👍
