I’ve taken my work vehicles here several times now and while there can be a wait time, it’s understandable given the amount of work these guys do. They service so many trucks and are always courteous and professional. The main waiting room is comfortable as well.
I came in to have a spare mounted. At the time they had 4 trucks in bays and bays empty. Guys walking around and not working. After waiting over an hour to get in, I asked them how much longer. Was told to go into bay 5 which was blocked by a truck and trailer in bay 4. I've never seen a Southern tire Mart laid out like this one in an L shape. I was there over 3 hrs, which is unacceptable. I came here because the guy on the phone said they have use tires so I drove down first guys in the office said yes we should have something close then they put me in line they called when it was my turn and pulled me in then went in office and they all of a sudden don’t sell used tires and tried to sell me new or recaps BEWARE they lie
Fast and friendly service. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road securely.
I've been there a couple of times and I've been satisfied with each visit. I highly recommend them. I love that they have mature employees and you can trust your service will be done accurately.
