We lost some tire pressure on our trip to Florida. came across Southern tire Mart. You could not ask for nicer people! They made us a priority and got us back on the road safely. Highly recommend!
We had an engine issue traveling along I-10 at the end of our vacation and we were so glad to have found Todd and his team at Southern Tire Mart!! Not only did they squeeze us in and check our engine right before closing for the 4th of July, but Todd and his girlfriend were kind enough to take us to a rental car and allowed us to park on his secure lot over the holiday weekend! Amazing place and team! I took my truck in on Saturday morning to get my new 37’s balanced because another local company failed to do it correctly. Excellent service! Brought in a Bandag tire that failed after just two weeks. Even though it was purchased at a different location, the team here took care of everything. They honored the warranty, replaced the tire, and I didn’t have to pay any extra fees. Professional, straightforward, and customer-focused. Thankful for finding this place! We were traveling in our RV and needed some help. Lee Davis and the rest of the staff were outstanding in every way. Kind and friendly customer service, Transparent pricing and our mechanic (I’m sorry to forgot his name) skipped his lunch and worked until the job was done so that we could get back on the road. Very happy with our experience.
