Had a flat tire early this morning pulling in to the truck stop across the street, and called Southern Tire Mart first thing to have it replaced. Not only did they do so at a great price, but had it done within an hour! Sure, they may be first come first serve, but the service was excellent and friendly. Special thanks to Lee for providing this excellent service. Thank you all in general too!
We had an engine issue traveling along I-10 at the end of our vacation and we were so glad to have found Todd and his team at Southern Tire Mart!! Not only did they squeeze us in and check our engine right before closing for the 4th of July, but Todd and his girlfriend were kind enough to take us to a rental car and allowed us to park on his secure lot over the holiday weekend! Amazing place and team! I took my truck in on Saturday morning to get my new 37’s balanced because another local company failed to do it correctly. Excellent service! Brought in a Bandag tire that failed after just two weeks. Even though it was purchased at a different location, the team here took care of everything. They honored the warranty, replaced the tire, and I didn’t have to pay any extra fees. Professional, straightforward, and customer-focused.
