Had a tire losing air, expected a patch… only valve stem.. these folks took the wheel off, checked tire and replaced valve stem and said no charge, thank you for choosing southern tire mart!!! Excellent excellent excellent service!!! And I only waited 5 mins to get the good news!!! Most facilities would hv charged for the tire dismount, core, hourly labor etc… this is why I choose southern tire mart for my tire needs, thnk you Jackson, MA staff!

Did a great job getting us a new tire during our Christmas road trip. Great waiting area, and they let us bring our dogs in too. Even without an appointment on a busy day, they got us in and out in just over an hour. Great people!
