I can’t say enough about the great experience we had here. We had a boat trailer tire blow on a family vacation road trip. We called Southern Tire Mart because it was close to where we were at the time. They very quickly checked their tire inventory for us and said, “we’ll take care of you.” And they delivered. They were friendly, quick to price and ask for our approval, start and complete the work of replacing all 4 of our trailer tires, and got us back on the road very quickly. Update: I spoke with Conner, the manager at this location, and he assured me that the behavior I experienced during my first visit was not in line with the company's policies. He asked how he could make things right and improve the situation. Conner went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.
