I was referred to Southern Tire Mart because I had a slow leak in my driver rear tire. While I was there, I also got my senor fixed on my front driver tire. I recieved a warm welcome as if I was a repeat customer. While I was waiting, the joking conversation let me know that I made the right choice and I'll be back. I got stuck at the gas station without battery. Trey was able to crank my car an put it at the shop. Order a battery and place it, saving my day. Everything in less than an hour.
I came into the Forest Park store Trey and the staff greeted me and was helpful with my needs. Trey was very helpful with reminding me of my needs. I had a great experience.
This location is fast and most of the time friendly. As it is a professional setting, maybe the terrible FOUL language should be left at home instead of spoken loudly in the place of business.
Their customer service is top tier! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The serviced my car in a timely manner and got me back on the road without a major wait. I randomly found them on a Google Search and am so glad I did.
